  3. Say or do something kind for yourself 

  4. Say or do something kind for another 

  5. Sing at the top of your lungs 

  6. Dance as if no one is watching 

  7. Spend moments in reflection 

  8. Take deep breaths 

  9. Notice what you can be grateful for 

  10. Gaze at the sky 

  11. Tell people in your life that you love them 

  12. Take at least one step outside your comfort zone 

  13. Talk to the Divine 

  14. Listen to the Divine 

  15. Forgive someone or something, including yourself 

  16. Give hugs 

  17. Remember to find balance between electronics & nature 

  18. Create something new 

  19. Trust your intuition  

  20. Do something toward your life purpose. If you don't remember what your life purpose is, do something to help remember

  21. Remember that everything is in Divine Timing
