Reclaiming the Sacred: The Truth About the Number 666

Triple Goddess and 666
Triple Goddess and 666

When ancient memory awakens, fear fades—and the truth rises.

🌀 My Podcast Episode Was Number 666

Recently, I was a guest on the podcast "Ask Julie"—an opportunity I was very excited about.

During the interview, I shared about my 2001 near-death experience and the deeply transformative connection I had with Christ during that journey, and beyond.

When the podcaster informed me that the episode had been uploaded online, something instantly grabbed my attention: the episode number was #666!

And I’ll be honest—my first thought was, “Oh great!” (not in a good way)

Like a lot of us, I’ve been exposed to the heavy programming around that sequence of numbers. The triple 6 has long been stamped into the collective consciousness as the “mark of the beast,” a symbol of deception, evil, or end-times prophecy.

Sure enough, when the interview aired, someone commented to the effect that the episode number itself was a sign that my experience must be false—that the podcast number was a “warning” about the message I shared.

Reading those comments, though, woke something within me—an ancient knowing, and my soul memory kicked in like gang busters.

I remembered that the fear around 666 is just that: fear (false evidence appearing real).

The number 6, especially in its triple form, was never meant to be feared. In fact, it was once deeply sacred, a symbol of the Divine Feminine, the Triple Goddess, and the balance of life itself.

So I feel called to share what I remembered: the ancient, mystical meaning of the number 6—and why 666 was never a curse, but rather a deeply coded blessing.

Prepare to remember the sacredness of the number 6!

🌸 The Ancient Symbolism of the Number 6

In many spiritual and metaphysical traditions, the number 6 has long been associated with:

  • Harmony and balance

  • Beauty and fertility

  • Creation and nurturing

  • The Divine Feminine archetype

Pythagoras, the ancient Greek philosopher and mathematician, called 6 the first “perfect number,” because it’s both the sum and the product of its parts (1 + 2 + 3 and 1 × 2 × 3). He believed the universe was built on the power of numbers—and 6 reflected divine harmony.

In sacred geometry, 6 forms the hexagon and the six-pointed star, symbols of cosmic balance and the union of heaven and earth. These shapes were often associated with goddesses like:

  • Isis (Egyptian)

  • Ishtar (Babylonian)

  • Aphrodite (Greek)

  • Freya (Norse)

These deities embodied love, fertility, beauty, and sovereignty—all expressions of the divine feminine.

🔺 666: Symbol of the Triple Goddess

So what about 666?

Far from being a symbol of evil, ancient goddess traditions saw 666 as the numeric signature of the Triple Goddess—a trinity of:

  • Maiden (new life, youth, beginnings)

  • Mother (fertility, nurture, abundance)

  • Crone (wisdom, endings, transformation)

Each aspect corresponds to the phases of the moon and life cycles of the feminine.

The triple repetition of 6 was not a warning, but a sacred chant: a reminder of the divine in every stage of being.

In pre-Christian goddess worship, 666 was considered a powerful, amplifying number—three times the energy of creation and balance.

⚔️ How the Church Inverted the Sacred

When the Roman Catholic Church rose to power, it worked systematically to suppress earth-based and goddess-centered religions.

This involved:

  • Replacing pagan seasonal festivals (like Samhain, Imbolc, Ostara) with Christian holidays (All Saints' Day, Candlemas, Easter)

  • Demonizing goddess symbols, often associating them with witchcraft, sin, or heresy

  • Recasting sacred numbers, like 666, into symbols of evil

In the Book of Revelation, 666 is referred to as “the number of the beast.” This was an intentional effort to instill fear into a number that once symbolized completeness and strength, and to undermine and reverse the influence of the Divine Feminine.

Over the centuries, this message has ingrained itself into the collective unconscious, to the extent that even today, many people feel uneasy or afraid when they encounter the number, without understanding why beyond being told to feel that way.

🌕 Reawakening Truth in the Present

What I would love for you to remember is this: 666 is not the mark of evil. It’s the mark of remembrance.

The number 6—especially in its triple form—is a vibrational key to:

  • Sacred cycles of birth, life, and rebirth

  • The wisdom of the feminine principle

  • Unity of body, mind, and spirit

  • Reconnection to inner truth and intuition

This is why it was buried. And this is why it’s resurfacing now.

💗 Reclaiming the Power of 6

That podcast episode number turned out to be a divine invitation.

It reminded me that the truth is not always comfortable, but it is always liberating. Fear only has power when we forget where it came from.

The number 6, and even more so 666, holds a radiant frequency—one that the world is ready to remember again.

So next time you see the triple 6, pause. Smile. Let your ancient memory awaken, too.

Because when we remember, we reclaim. And when we reclaim, we rise.
